Like Moses, many pastors and leaders MUST be chosen by God to endure the suffering and hardships that comes with leading God’s people, especially “church folks”.  It’s one of those things in life that makes you ask, “Who in their right mind would want to do that?” So you know it has to be God!  >>read full article

I learned the common courtesy of saying thank you during early childhood, and I continued that training with my children.  No doubt, many of you reading this article received the same training. If you have children and/or grandchildren, it’s  probably traditional teaching within your family as well.  In fact, like me, you are probably annoyed when this common courtesy is neglected by children today, and especially adults.

"In Honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

(January 2007)

Today, the greatest honor we can bestow upon this noble man of God would be to surrender our lives to the will of God as he did; yield our members as instruments of righteousness for the Master’s use as he did—denying all for the Kingdom of God.  read more>>

America at the Crossroad

Hard; Not Impossible

One of God’s greatest demonstrations of power is when those we least expect to accept God’s plan of salvation are saved, delivered and freed from sin’s imprisonment. Truth is, no one can be written off as hopeless and beyond God’s reach when it comes to their eternal destiny, especially the rich.  >>read more

SAME QUESTION, SAME ANSWER; DIFFERENT TIME

6/2006

This same question can be asked today because “mainstream” society (new term for the ‘world’) with its kings and rulers are plotting against the Kingdom of God (the rule of God- His way of doing things). Basically, they oppose the laws of God, and mock biblical principles that command a lifestyle of obedience to Christ.

Stay Focused, Stand Firm

We cannot afford to ignore or down-play the blatant attacks against the Church of Jesus Christ...  Moreover, we certainly cannot panic. We must remember Who is in control, and who has been given the "keys" to the Kingdom. We must be strategically alert because the attacks can come from within and without—the enemy will use anyone available. read more>>

As we become more Christ-centered and Kingdom-minded our desire should be to see as  God sees, especially concerning people. I’ll admit it’s challenging because our sin nature demands that we look at the outward appearance and make prejudgments based on what we see with the natural eye.  Read more>>
